1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- It is returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- It was not purchased under a clearance or final sale
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Beauty & skincare products
- Baby accessories (e.g. teethers, pacifiers, feeding items)
- Pet grooming and feeding items
- Personal care products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@bloombabble.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided return address
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
